Subscription Policy

This Subscription Policy is part of the Terms of Service for Laveer, operated by Unlimited Wisdom Limited (Isle of Man, company number 021982V). It explains how subscriptions, trials, billing, cancellations, and refunds work.
Plans and Pricing
Laveer offers the following plans. Prices are in USD and may vary by region and payment method.

Current prices are always shown in the app and on our website before you're asked to pay. Prices may differ between App Store and website purchases due to platform fees and regional pricing.
Free Trials and Welcome Pricing
We may offer a trial before your subscription begins. When a trial is available:
- The trial length and the price you'll pay after it ends are shown before you start.
- Once your free trial starts, those terms are locked. We won't change your trial duration, post-trial price, or conversion terms mid-trial.
- Once your paid trial starts, those terms are locked. We won't change your trial duration. When paid trial ends it automatically converts into a full subscription price, as stated on the subscription page.
- If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your subscription automatically converts to a paid plan and your payment method is charged.
- You're eligible for one free trial per account (and per Apple ID, for App Store purchases).
- We may change or discontinue trial offers for new users at any time, but trials already in progress are not affected.
Auto-Renewal
All Laveer subscriptions renew automatically. Here's how it works:
App Store subscriptions: Apple charges your Apple ID payment method within 24 hours before the end of your current billing period. The renewal is at the same rate unless Apple has notified you of a price change.
Website subscriptions: Your payment method is charged on the renewal date at the same rate, unless we've notified you of a price change at least 30 days in advance.
You will continue to be charged until you cancel. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
How to Cancel
You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then.
App Store subscriptions:
- Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad.
- Tap your name → Subscriptions.
- Find Laveer and tap "Cancel Subscription."

Website subscriptions:
- Log in to your account at laveer.ai or in the app.
- Go to your account settings.
- Tap "Manage Subscription" → "Cancel."
You'll receive a confirmation of your cancellation. If you don't, contact support@laveer.ai.
Price Changes
We may change subscription prices from time to time.
- For new subscribers: New prices apply immediately to new sign-ups.
- For existing subscribers: We'll give you at least 30 days' notice before a price change affects your subscription. The change applies at your next renewal after the notice period.
- App Store subscriptions: Price changes follow Apple's process. Apple may ask you to agree to the new price before renewal.
- Price changes never affect a billing period you've already paid for.
If you don't agree with a price change, cancel before your next renewal.
Refunds
App Store purchases: Refunds are handled by Apple. Request one through Apple Support or reportaproblem.apple.com. We don't control Apple's refund decisions. Apple has all relevant data about your plan and service usage to make a decision.
Website purchases: Email support@laveer.ai with your account details and reason for the request. We'll respond within 10 business days. Refunds are at our discretion except where required by law.
EU right of withdrawal: You normally have 14 days to withdraw from a digital purchase. However, by using Laveer (starting a session, completing a questionnaire, or receiving AI-generated insights), you consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose your withdrawal right once the Service has been delivered. If you haven't used the Service at all within 14 days, you can request a full refund.
No pro-rating on cancellation: When you cancel, you keep access until the end of your billing period, but we don't refund the remaining days of the current period.
Billing Issues
If something looks wrong on your bill, please contact us at support@laveer.ai before disputing the charge with your bank or payment provider. Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first may result in account suspension.
